BikeAmp Inc. (BikeAmp, "us", "we", or "our") operates (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Your privacy is critically important to us. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your first name, last name, email, phone number ("Personal Information").

The Site does not share, rent or sell information concerning BikeAmp’s members or other users of its website to third parties in ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.

To use the core functionality of the Site, you must first complete the registration form at the Site and agree to our Terms and Conditions. During registration you will be required to provide personal information such as your name and email address.

Our products and applications are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that individuals under 13 not provide Personal Information to BikeAmp. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

There are several other opportunities on the Site for you to share personal information about yourself with BikeAmp. This may include information about you such as your equipment and activities, your name, and your zip code and e-mail address. The Site will also collect your credit card or other payment information if you choose to become a BikeAmp Member. If you choose to share any personal information with BikeAmp, the Site may store it and use it for internal research and other BikeAmp marketing purposes, including e-mailing you with special promotions and other programs of interest. BikeAmp uses a credit card processing company to process your credit card information as required for your order and to ensure that your transaction is secure. This processing company does not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Information about you and your use of the Site may be aggregated with other information collected on the Site or otherwise used in ways that do not personally identify you or constitute personally identifiable information. This type of aggregated or statistical information may be used by us to improve the quality of the Site or for other purposes that we may deem appropriate.

3.Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

These linked sites, services, and applications are not under our control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any linked sites, services and applications. If you provide any Personal Information through any third-party sites, services, or applications, your transaction will occur on the third party's site, service, and/or application and the information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by, the privacy statement of that third party. BikeAmp IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR THE CONTENT OF THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES OR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS. We recommend you review the privacy statement of any third parties.

5.Communications and Opt-in/Opt-Out

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ marketing purposes unless you opt-in if and when we give you the opportunity to do so. We and our affiliates may use your Personal Information to send you marketing-related correspondence (including emails) related to BikeAmp services unless you opt-out of receiving them.

If you choose to stop receiving emails from BikeAmp, please follow the unsubscribe instructions within each email communication or send an email to BikeAmp will not provide or share any mailing lists or other information about you to another company or service for promotional purposes. Any service related emails (to confirm a purchase, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the service you requested.

6.Cookies and Other Technology

The Site may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIF’s or other similar tools on our websites or in our email messages. These technologies help BikeAmp keep track of your movements within our sites, measure the effectiveness of advertisements, and compile aggregate statistics about site usage and response rates. They also help you to more smoothly navigate our websites. In addition, BikeAmp uses Google Analytics as a method of tracking site statistics and user demographics, interests and behavior on many of our sites. We may also engage one or more third party service providers to serve online advertisements on our behalf.
